1. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing an unforgettable experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their visit.
2. Enthusiastically greet guests with a positive, energetic and approachable attitude, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
3. Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive initial impression and delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Ensure guest safety through comprehensive safety briefings, active monitoring, assistance with equipment setup, and prompt resolution of inquiries and incidents.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by upselling additional services, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Bounce Inc’s offerings and safety protocols.
6. Key personnel at Bounce Inc. are responsible for conducting facility inspections, maintaining cleanliness, organizing activities, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
7. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
