HOST – 10 vacancies

  1. Host will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their visit.
  2. At floor level, the host handles and manages the customers. In addition, they offer guidance and instruction to customers on how to develop their trampoline skills while abiding by safety rules.
  3. Ensure guest safety through comprehensive safety briefings, active monitoring, assistance with equipment setup, and prompt resolution of inquiries and incidents.
  4. Key personnel at Bounce Inc. are responsible for conducting facility inspections, maintaining cleanliness, organizing activities, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
  5. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
  6. Employment type: Full-time.
  7. Job experience: trainee host/ host: fresher to 2 years & Sr. Host: 2 to 5 years.

contact centre executive – 2 VACANCIES

  1. Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls, as well as birthday calls, by promptly and professionally answering customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, delivering accurate and timely information to ensure exceptional customer service.
  2. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and disputes with a customer-centric approach, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining Bounce Inc.’s reputation for excellent customer service.
  3. Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with bookings, reservations, and other inquiries related to our trampoline parks and adventure courses.
  4. Handle customer payments, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the contact center database.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to address customer needs, resolve complex issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Bounce Inc.’s products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  8. Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  9. Assist in training and mentoring new call center representatives to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company standards.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of call center processes, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  11. Job experience: Min 1 year.
