- Entry to Party room is only for booked guests with valid wrist band
- We welcome children of all ages, but in order to ensure the safety of our bouncers, children must be able to walk unassisted!
- Minimum of 10 Jumpers for a party is required
- Increasing guest numbers is subject to availability, we recommend to plan ahead and book your maximum pax
- 50% payment required at the time of booking & full payment to be made atleast 7 days prior of the party date
- Party room hire is only available after the jump time
- Outside food is not allowed at BOUNCE venue
- If you have guests with allergies please let us know when making your booking
- General Access tickets or offers cannot be clubbed with party booking
- Drinking water and party food which is a part of the package will only be served in the party room
- We do not serve buffet
- Children must be above 125cm in height to use X-Park & Wall Climb
- Lace-up, flat-soled and closed toe sports/skate shoes must be worn in X-Park
