• Purchase the BOUNCE Money card, once you’ve received it you can book your session directly by walk-in at the venue. This is subject to session availability.
• The BOUNCE Money card needs to be collected at our venue if purchased online.
• This Card can be utilised for 1 & 2 Hour General Admission tickets (Adult, Child & Junior Jumper), Buddy Trainer (30 mins), Socks, Rental Shoes, Lockers, Visitor pass, Party Rooms (30 mins) & Fuel Cafe.
• This card is non-transferable & non-shareable.
• This card cannot be redeemed on Memberships, Freestyle Academy, Camps, Parties, Groups and Special events packages.
• This card once purchased is non- refundable.
• This card cannot be paused or cancelled once it is purchased.
• Money Card is valid for 1 year from date of issue.
• Valid ID is required to be presented at the reception while redeeming tickets.
• Booking valid only when this card is presented at check-in.
• Only valid in BOUNCE Inc Mumbai & Bengaluru.
• Duplicate card can be issued in lost or stolen cases at an extra charge of Rs.250/-.
• Booking slots are subject to availability, house waiting rules apply.
• In case of any area (trampoline activity) is closed due to maintenance issues,
