• Purchase the BOUNCE Gift Card, once you’ve received it you can book your session directly by walk-in at the venue. This is subject to session availability.
• The BOUNCE Gift card needs to be collected at our venue if purchased online.
• This card can be utilised for General Admission tickets, Buddy Trainer, Socks, Lockers, Visitor pass, Photo Merchandise & F&B at Fuel Cafe
• This card cannot be redeemed on Memberships, FA Academy, Parties, Groups, Special Events and Children Camps.
• This card once purchased is non- refundable.
• Gift card is valid for 6months from date of issue.
• Only valid in BOUNCE Inc Mumbai & Bengaluru.
• Confirmation email is required to collect the card at the ticket counter if the card is purchased online.
• Valid ID is required to be presented at the reception while redeeming tickets.
• Booking valid only when this card is presented at check-in.
• Duplicate card can be issued in Lost or stolen cases at a charge of Rs.250/-.
